my room featured down bedding. the temperature control worked well. breakfast offered a really good selection of food. the hotel location proved excellent for metro access.

i noticed some slight dust on a few light fixtures.

the hotel location was great. i found the staff very helpful and charming. the breakfast for sale had excellent options in the lounge.

the room was small and there were not enough places to put my stuff. there was no bedside table and missing shelving in the bathroom. a room spray was used it was way too intense.

The room was spacious, a real plus. the bathroom and shower were fantastic (i loved the rain shower head). the hotel sits close to the metro, on a quiet street. most of all, the service stood out. The spa was a must after walking all day.

the room was small and it had no proper window, a bit disappointing.

the spa included a thermal pool and a sauna for relaxation. the hotel also had a gym equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes, available for guest use. (the robes and slippers provided were really nice).

the hotel is near the metro, approximately a three-minute walk, providing easy access to public transport. there are also several shops and bakeries in the vicinity.

breakfast included bread and coconut cream with chia seeds parfait. the hotel also provided a complimentary breakfast and dessert as a surprise. it was all a pleasant surprise and a very nice gesture from the staff.

the staff was multilingual and friendly, made communication easy. a staff member delivered robes and slippers to our room before our spa appointment. i made special requests and the staff was helpful.
